“I ALWAYS HAD personal anxieties about using a personal trainer. In my mind I would be judged for not being able to do something or for my weight. I’ve worked with other personal trainers in the past that were like working with drill sergeants in the ARMY. Which is fine for people that like that, but I do not like being yelled at and feel intimidated during my workouts. I was approached by a group of girls who wanted to form a group of motivated people where we could all push each other to achieve or health goals. Since I know like and trust these girls I decided to give it a try.

Chandra Custis is nothing like I any personal trainer I’ve used in the past . She is genuine and supportive while working with me to achieve my goals. She doesn’t make me feel that I am horrible at something when I am not doing as well as the other woman who I work out with. Chandra actually restores my faith in myself to accomplish workouts that I didn’t think I could do prior to using her as my trainer. After every work out she has positive things to say about how I am doing which encourages me to want to do more.

I have been working with her for a little over a month as well as changed my diet. I have dropped my BMI percentage over 20% and dropped 31 inches throughout my entire body. Chandra is a remarkable trainer and I am so happy that I took the leap of getting back into shape. I know my fitness journey has not ended, but I’m happy to be sharing this experience with Chandra. I can now say that she has been added to the small group of people that I know, like, and TRUST.
